After HHO is burned up in your engine, it turns back into water again. This allows it to not only improve your gas mileage, but also reduce emissions, allowing your engine to do less harm to the planet.
Eventually – when more research money is provided to those that are testing the uses for HHO technology, we can achieve a car that runs solely on water. These engine supplements are already working incredibly effectively with the little research they have received, and the results for a water powered car look hopeful.
